Charges
A refundable security deposit of £100 is required from any new hirer and for any children's/teenagers party. This is due for immediate payment to reserve your booking. All payments are to be made by bank transfer to: Avebury Social Centre, 01117840, 30-92-63
Please email your bank details or a request that the treasurer contact you to enable any deposit to be returned, please use the booking reference (ASC-26-xxxx) in the subject line. The costs of any remedial action required to make good any damage to or replacement of missing assets AND any additional cleaning required WILL be deducted from the returned deposit.
Bookings must be paid for in full 14 days before the booked date otherwise the booking will be cancelled
Hire rates
Local Residents (living in the Parish of Avebury, Winterbourne Monkton and Berwick Bassett) - £12/hour or part thereof
All other hirers - £20/hour or part thereof
Please allow any set up and clear up time needed in your booking request.
Parking
Parking permits for use in the High Street car park are available on request from the Booking Secretary. Please ask your participants to park there as the permits do not cover parking on the road. If anyone attending is a National Trust member they can park in the National Trust car park and it's a short walk to the Social Centre. The postcode is SN8 1QT
Projector & Screen
The projector is available for hire at £10/ day. The screen is on the eastern wall of the building and is easily opened by pulling down on the cord
